Self-Performed Trade Work

We're not just planners, we're builders, too. In addition to providing trade resources through our subcontractor relationships, when it is advantageous for our clients to do so, our team is capable of self-performing a variety of trade work. We perform cast-in-place concrete work, framing and finish carpentry, earthwork and grading, infrastructure and piped utilities, erection, and other general labor portions of work. When self-performed work is warranted, we maintain a transparent approach to the work by competitively bidding such portions of work to assure that we maintain a competitive price for the work in comparison to our subcontracting trade partners.
