It is never too early to begin the estimating process. At every stage, from concept programming design to final construction documents, it is critical to accurately estimate so that our clients understand the scope of the work and its effect on the value of the project.

We accomplish these studies and estimates based on historical cost, subcontractor and supplier consulting and other regional indexes for determining the value of the work. This information is updated from time to time based on specific milestones established for the project, allowing us to keep an open conversation with our clients about the variables affecting project costs and helping them to make the most informed best value decisions possible.
